We create utopian activists.

Learni is a studio working on the semiotics of learning: how spaces, stories and games teach long before anyone speaks.

“Optimistic polymath, lifelong learner, curious about most fields of knowledge, thinking and arts.”

We design learning ecologies so museums, foundations, municipalities and youth collectives can rehearse other ways of living together. The work crosses non‑formal education, democratic citizenship and speculative futures, always starting from concrete bodies in specific places.

What you can commission without losing your soul.

We don’t “deliver workshops”; we co‑design semiotic systems: spaces, programmes and tools where young people and communities can read themselves differently – and act from there.

01 · Learning ecologies
Designing how a place teaches, not just what it offers.
Programmes, labs, residencies and hybrid spaces that turn your institution into a learning ecology: from entrance to exit, every sign, gesture and object participates in the pedagogy.
Museums & cultural centres Youth spaces & ludotecas Hybrid & online infrastructures
02 · Democracy & futures
Games and fictions as rehearsal devices for decisions.
Labs where we use games, speculative fiction and futures thinking to explore democracy, rights and ecosocial transitions with youth and communities – and take insights back to policy tables.
Democratic citizenship Game‑based learning Ecosocial transitions
03 · Project architecture
Designing the invisible scaffolding of long‑term projects.
Concept, methodology, impact logic and governance for projects that need to be more than a report: structures that can hire people, sustain a foundation and hold a living community of practice.
EU & international consortia Impact & competence frameworks Long‑term strategic alliances

When theory met muddy shoes and fluorescent lights.

Selected situations where learning design, democratic education and futures work had to happen in real rooms: school gyms, youth centres, ministries, train wagons – with all the contradictions present.

Games, frameworks and texts as sign systems.

A selection of games, frameworks and open resources that turn democratic culture, rights and ecosocial transitions into languages that can be learned, hacked and shared.

Games
Democracy through cardboard, dice and situated choice.
DEMOGAMES · Erasmus+ ENGAGE · learning democracy with children Outsider & Perspective · indie board games
Frameworks
Naming competences so they can be cultivated and funded.
Digit.Al · digital transformation in EDC CESCY · circular economy competences RFCDC & TEVIP · Council of Europe
Toolboxes
Resources that keep working when the project ends.
STEPS · survival toolkit for post‑factual societies Competendo · open toolbox for civic education Autism Friendly Spaces · spatial inclusion

If you want infrastructure, not a one‑off workshop.

We are especially interested in collaborations that leave behind new institutions, not just new slides: spaces, routines and languages that keep teaching when the project ends.
