GROW programme at 7 state campuses, 1,000+ students. Co‑led organising campaigns that framed minimum wage as a question of who is recognised as “worth” a life in legal terms, contributing to a 270% increase in Kansas.

Co‑designed Master curricula in Lifelong Learning and coordinated a Youth Work certificate for 50 national experts. Made youth work legible as a professional field, not an informal add‑on.
